When Helgret reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Beggar. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Mamnen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
