Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She takes great joy in being the best Mortician in town.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This malnourished man wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. He has no crest. His eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Direcris studied abroad. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Direcris alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids
