Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A freak accident while working with his Architect father left him crippled. During his travels, Beast and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Beast discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Beast fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born to a Unemployed, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Her dark red hair is thinning but still full. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a Carpenter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She bought a whip and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption
