History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Juliana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
