The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: Gifted from a young age, Spear studied abroad. His first spouse was a Sailor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
