Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hupe isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his writing dream.
