History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Naill and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
