Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balifra embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Balifra lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balifra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balifra. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
