Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. After a long history of fighting, Frug and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
