History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears professional attire. His bronze crest is thinning but still full. This gold eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a yellow and black handkerchief worn on her left side. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her hair is brown and very short. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her feathered yellow hat.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the east to a Shipwright, Joan learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. After a long history of fighting, Huru and her spouse have recently divorced.
