Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and regain custody of her daughter

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. Her eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Dee never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
