Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is typically in his Shepherd uniform. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears dull green sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Damakos hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Damakos was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Damakos's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'11" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her long orange fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are green.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Flame lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Weaver, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
