Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She very much looks the part of a Miller. Her brown hair is still thick. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her small violet hat.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.
History: Avice lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 3'2" and is wearing a tight red one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
