History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After months of barely getting by, Charles managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has money and likes to spend it
