Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Mason, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to open a new tavern
