Personality: Dadalan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the north to a Bricklayer, Dadalan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Miner, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
