Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: She was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: An older man who dresses like a well dressed Ruler does, he is not a threatening figure. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This northern woman is renowned for her bright violet dresses and hats. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Agatha was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and to unite with her sister

Description: She prefers to wear flannel. She has dyed her greying blue crest a little too much giving a sharp blue color. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady red eyes.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
