Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He uses divination through singing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
