He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Ortegar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Architect, but he got bored and became a Stylist. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
