He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
