Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Mindartis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
