History: Born in the east to a Merchant, Portia learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he usually wears his white robe and has his dagger always slung over his shoulder. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His ears are large.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Ortegar was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Laborer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are green and beady.

Personality: Vani is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Vani was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Armorer. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her silver hair is knotted and matted. Her red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
