Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has wavy silver hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Through the years after Burto was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Burto's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a tight fitting red shirt and pants. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in a small plains village. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'7". He wears a black costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Voice: Middle-eastern accent

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is wearing a long, grey cloak. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is greedy.
