History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Skirt and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the east. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
