Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Merla lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a server and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A true patriot, Darrow would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Painter, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and revenge
