Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bather but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Hupe has worked very hard to control his curse. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
