Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Slave Trader like his father before him.
