Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Shax is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Yebe was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
