Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Roge was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roge fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
