Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Bellfounder. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
