History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ekk was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

She wears her red hair up. Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.

His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His ears are large.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her red fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her first spouse was a Scribe, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her absent mother
