History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

She has dyed her greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Jillian's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She tends to her Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born in the south. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
