Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has no hair. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Jocelyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career.
