Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears long strands of emerald and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Syllin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Barfa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in kukri use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Barfa was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
