Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his crossbow. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Darrak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Darrak was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and doesn't want to be a stableman and was forced into it by his family

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Sailor profession.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
