History: Merla lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her childhood dream was to be a Architect, but she was a colossal failure. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by her family

History: Eleanor was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.
