History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Delg was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
