He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born in the north to a Carter, Jarsali learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Barrister, but she got bored and became a Carter. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Saphara was born with her mother's beautiful face. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Miller again.

Voice: Spits words with contempt

Description: This man wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his left hand. His hair is black and very short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paymon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paymon. He now mingles about in high society.
