Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bardryn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Bardryn abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: Gifted from a young age, Seraphina studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Seraphina took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her religion dominates her actions
