History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Hecat never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
