History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Rosamund was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Guard. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.
