Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Description: She wears a fancy tan dress. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her whip, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. Her long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Phann is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. After months of barely getting by, Phann managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
