History: Born to a Guard, her father struggled to pay the bills. Vepar was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Barrister. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Barrister, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
