History: Burgell was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Her hair is long and auburn with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small grey clips. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Diesa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
