Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Nuraval liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ulla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
