History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. A true patriot, Ruloth would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Banker, who enjoyed hunting, Ruloth was taken on many hunting expeditions. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
