History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

History: Oriff was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
