History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a Sailor soon after.

History: Wella hails from a village terrorized by brigands. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Wella was horrified and prayed that her father was alright.
