History: She was born into a rich family. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: She wears a tan costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. She carries a battered ceremonial dagger and tarnished sai as well. Her hair is short and brown. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thiala was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Griselda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age her mother died while driving off some giants. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in mace use. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge.

Voice: Pronounces 'its' and 'is' like 'eats' and 'ease'

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a white scarf. He wears his silver hair down. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
