History: Ahinar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. History: Born to a Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Leaf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and many drow want him driven away

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ovina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
